Weki Meki is a South Korean girl group formed by Fantagio in 2017. The group consists of eight members, Suyeon, Elly, Yoojung, Doyeon, Sei, Lua, Rina, and Lucy. Weki Meki debuted on August 8, 2017, with the release of their first mini-album, Weme, and the lead single “I Don’t Like Your Girlfriend”.
The group’s name is a combination of the words “we” and “ki”, which mean “beauty” and “dazzling” respectively. The name reflects the group’s goal of becoming a dazzling girl group.
The group is also known as i-Teen Girls before debut.
